Rock Crystal from Brazil

This clear specimen of rock crystal displays a sharp, dominant main crystal point surrounded at its base by a wreath of smaller satellite crystals. The partially transparent interior beautifully catches the light, giving the crystal a fresh, icy appearance on its stand.

The combination of the sleek, polished facets at the top and the irregular, natural crystal growth at the bottom makes this piece on its stand particularly rich in contrast. This makes every detail of the pure quartz structure clearly visible.
