1. Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch all orders placed on weekdays before 11:00 PM on the next day at the latest. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed within the next two working days.

2. Shipping Costs and Delivery Time

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times depend on the chosen destination and shipping method.

• Netherlands: Standard shipping (1-3 business days): €6.95. Free shipping for orders over €60.
• Belgium: Standard shipping (2-4 business days): €7.95. Free shipping for orders over €60.

3. Shipping Methods

All our packages within the Netherlands are shipped via PostNL. Packages sent to Belgium are shipped via Bpost. As soon as your package leaves our warehouse, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email, allowing you to track your shipment.

4. Alternative Delivery Address

During the checkout process, you can specify an alternative delivery address (for example, your work address or a local pickup point).

5. Problems with Your Shipment?
