Amethyst from Uruguay

This unique amethyst cluster consists of an asymmetrical, upward-growing crystal bed with a high-gloss, deep-purple crystallization. The undulating crystal structure highlights the contrast between the different crystal formations and gives the specimen extra depth.

The combination of the characteristic, greenish agate rim on the side and the intensely dark amethyst points makes this piece, on its stand, particularly high in contrast. This makes every detail of the natural crystal growth clearly visible.
